Cogan is the conflict and romantic pairing of CeCe Jones and Logan Hunter (C/eCe +L/ogan).
They first met in Oh Brother It Up, when Logan gave Cece and Rocky jobs at the food court. It was later revealed that Logan's dad was Jeremy, the man dating Cece's mom. Since CeCe's mother and Logan's father were getting married, they would've been step-siblings. Some Shake It Up fans ship Cogan anyways, because they are not blood relatives.
They usually have brother/sister- type moments, and seem to hate each other, for a while. In I Do It Up, it is confirmed that they never become step-siblings because CeCe's mom didn't marry Logan's dad, because they thought that they rushed through the relationship. Later, Cece and Logan try to become friends in Love & War It Up, but that backfires, though Cece really did want to make up with Logan. It is shown in Future It Up that ironically, they get married and have a son together, named L.J, implying that Logan has forgiven her for what had happened between them.
Even though they almost became step-siblings, Cogan is one of the most popular pairings on Shake It Up, and is supported by most of the Tynka, Deucina, Reuce, Runther, and multi shipped by DeCe and GeCe fans.

CeCe thinks that Logan is an annoying jerk who she doesn't like to see, ever. When she found out that they were going to be step-siblings, in Oh Brother It Up, she was disgusted. The feeling was mutual. But she later ends up falling in love with him.
Logan's Thoughts on CeCe[]
In Oh Brother It Up, Logan initially thought that CeCe was a funny, nice girl, until he saw how bad of a work ethic she had. He then said he hated people like her. In Clean It Up, he then said that she was an obnoxious lazy little brat. Besides just plain disliking her, he also loves to make fun of her and watch her suffer, as shown in, Quit It Up. But he later ends up falling in love with her.
When CeCe opens the door and is less than enthused to see Logan, he looks confused and slighty dissapointed.
Cece was amused to see that Logan didn't know that there would be dancing at the wedding.
CeCe found a way to make fun of Logan when he was complaining about dancing at a wedding, and when Logan was saying a snarky comeback, it had to do with a magazine. That means he was listening when she told him she wasn't interested in buying his annoying boy courderly magazine.
Logan didn't like that Cece was teasing him about not knowing that there would be dancing at the wedding.
Logan wanted to ask Cece to teach him how to dance.
Cece was amused to see that Logan didn't know how to dance.
Cece seemed amused that Logan was asking her for help.
Besides the fact that Logan was bluntly mean asking CeCe how to dance, he did come to her first, before Rocky, even though she is just as good a dancer.
Logan seemed upset when Cece kicked him out of the apartment.
Logan seemed sad when he told Rocky, "CeCe hates me."
Logan seemed sad when he said "I don't think Cece and I are ever going to become friends."
Even though Logan said this, they did make up some time in the future.
Rocky wanted Logan to keep an open mind about Cece.
Logan agreed to Rocky's deal, and promised to keep an open mind about Cece.
Even though the other day Rocky and Logan kissed each other's cheeks, Logan had to talk to CeCe first.
Logan looked at Cece's laptop, clearly interested in what she was doing.
Logan, very amused, noticed that CeCe didn't finish her speech, and said he finished his last week, acting cool.
CeCe tried to make a good comeback, but failed. CeCe and Logan are always competing to be better than the other.
Logan made a joke about Cece's 'inset funny joke here' line.
Only after he finished talking to CeCe did he acknowledge Rocky.
Logan told Cece that he would be going to Crusty's.
Cece wanted to make her speech better than Logan's.
CeCe was mad that Rocky kissed Logan and didn't tell her.
Cece was mad that Rocky told Ty that she kissed Logan and not her.
When Logan did the "Call Me" motion to Rocky, CeCe looked really sad.
Because CeCe was so mad at Rocky for kissing Logan, she tried to get back at her by kissing Ty, but that backfired.
Cece couldn't kiss Ty because her heart belonged to Logan.
CeCe caught the flowers her mother threw and she was standing across from Logan. This could have been foreshadowing that she would marry Logan in the future.
When CeCe's family went in for a group hug, CeCe told Rocky not to kiss anybody, meaning she is still thinking about it.
Deuce asked Cece where her husband was, foreshadowing that we would see who she married, and see that Logan was her husband.
Cece seemed almost a bit upset when Deuce asked her where her husband was, showing that she missed him, and was upset that he wasn't there.
CeCe was really happy when she asked "Your dad's here?" after L.J told her that his dad picked him up.
Logan said "Hey everybody!" with a big smile as he entered the room, and was looking at Cece.
Cece was very happy to see that Logan was there.
CeCe called Logan, honey, and ran up to him immediately.
Cece kisses Logan on the cheek.
Logan and Cece were really happy to see each other.
They hug twice.
Logan wanted to be at the reunion.
Logan asked Cece how the reunion was.
Cece told Logan what happened while he was gone.
When Logan said "Zam!", Cece nodded in agreement, and said "I know, right?"
It is revealed that Cece and Logan get married and have a son named L.J (Logan Jr).
Cece named her only son after her husband, showing that she really loves him and cares for him.
This episode reveals that Cece and Logan made up some time after the badminton game.

This is by far one of the most ironic ships in Shake It Up, as CeCe and Logan have been known to be mortal enemies, almost became step-siblings, yet end up married.
Kevin Bonani, a one of the show's staff writers, explained this by the fact that for 22 years CeCe and Logan could easily change their mutual teenage hatred for love in adulthood.[1]
They are both friends with Rocky, Tinka, and Deuce.
